Amy is the owner of Anchor Fitness, where she helps women, (especially mom) feel strong, supported, and connected to themselves again. What started as a love for athletics became a deeper mission after motherhood, when fitness became essential for her mental health and identity

She knows firsthand what it’s like to lose pieces of yourself while giving your all to others. That’s why she’s passionate about creating a space where women can rebuild, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too
