From grief to grit, and pain to purpose, Dr. Reja Basyyoni’s journey into the fitness world wasn’t about chasing aesthetics. It was about survival. After losing both her husband and her father 6 months apart, she walked into the gym not to build abs, but to rebuild herself as a solo parent of two kids. Lifting became her therapy, and through every rep, she found strength not just in her body but in her spirit.
But healing isn’t linear. Pushing too hard led to injury, burnout, and a deeper realization: true strength doesn’t come from intensity alone; it comes from mobility, stability, and recovery. From that revelation, ROMFIT™ was born: a pain-free, full-range strength method that helps women move better, feel stronger, and reclaim their energy, without burning out or breaking down.
As a Doctor of Health Sciences, Master’s in Healthcare Administration certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, CrossFit L1 Coach, USA Weightlifting L1 Trainer, Sports Nutrition Coach, and mobility educator, Reja brings science, strategy, and soul into everything she teaches.
Reja is also a passionate mental health advocate, using her personal story to break the silence around grief, burnout, and the invisible battles so many people carry. She believes movement is more than a tool for physical transformation, it’s a lifeline for emotional resilience, self-trust, and healing. Through her coaching, speaking, and storytelling, she creates safe spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise.
Today, she leads a movement far greater than a fitness program. Through RB | Redefine Boundaries™, she’s building a platform for women to rise physically, mentally, and generationally. Her mission is to empower women to live fully and lead with strength, in their bodies, their homes, and their communities.

Outside of coaching, Reja is a proud solo mother of two kids, an athlete who trains for real-life strength and mobility, and a lover of movement in all forms, from Olympic lifting, Power lifting, and gymnastics to horseback riding, archery, hiking, and scuba diving. She believes strength is not about how you look, it’s about how you live, lead, and show up in the world!
