This program is meticulously crafted by Coach Reja as a Pain-free Performance Specialist Coach (PPSC) to guide you through a progressive series of exercises and drills to empower "YOU".! The sessions are gonna be approached as a strength session!
📌 30-minute sessions | Starting March 22nd | Limited spots!
Session A: Fridays at 4:30pm - 5:00pm
Session B: Saturdays at 11:15am - 11:45am
Week 1 and 2: Upper-body Focused / Shoulders and wrists
Week 3 and 4: Midline Focused / Back and core
week 5 and 6: Lower-body Focused / Hips
Week 7 and 8: Lower-body Focused /Hips, knees, and ankles.
